Our Commitment We believe a home should be built with intention, care, and long-term value in mind. From planning to final walkthrough, we focus on quality craftsmanship, timeless design, and thoughtful execution in every detail. To date, we have delivered more than 1,000 homes across Northwest Arkansas, earning a reputation for consistency and attention to detail at every scale. Our portfolio includes large-scale developments such as The Brownstones, Tourmaline Urban Lofts, Westview Cottages, and Church Avenue Townhomes, as well as single-family homes in established communities including communities including Arbor Glenn, Aurora, Copper Ridge, Crescent Lake, Creekstone, Cross Creek, Lochmoore Club, Oaklawn, Prairie Lea, Rosson Creek, Rupple Row, Sloan Estates, Spring Meadows, Sunset Ridge, Weatherton, and Westview Meadows. We have also completed more than 125 infill units throughout Fayetteville, contributing to thoughtful growth in established neighborhoods.

Warranty

Baumann & Crosno Construction provides a 1-year builder’s warranty with every new construction home. We stand behind the quality of our work, and our warranty department is committed to addressing requests in a timely and organized manner to support homeowners after closing.

  • Homeowners can expect a response within 1 to 2 business days after submitting a warranty request.
  • The community field supervisor, who is familiar with your home, will schedule a time to review the concern and either complete the repair or coordinate the appropriate trade within 5 business days.
  • We recommend submitting non-emergency warranty items at the 30-day, 6-month, and 1-year marks.
  • Emergency contact information will be provided for after-hours needs.

Project Management

With 13 years of experience building in Northwest Arkansas, our team has developed a clear and efficient approach to project management. We carefully select and oversee more than 300 trusted subcontractors to ensure every phase of construction meets our standards for quality and accountability.

Our team is experienced in planning, scheduling, and resource coordination. By using the Buildertrend platform, we manage schedules, deadlines, and project details in one centralized system. This allows our team to stay organized, address issues as they arise, and keep projects moving forward on time and on budget.

Recognition

In 2018, the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce recognized Baumann & Crosno Construction with an award for our work on Gregg Avenue Homes, Mill District Homes, and The Brownstones. This recognition was awarded alongside other notable projects, including the renovation of Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium, Tyson Foods’ new tech hub on Emma Avenue, and Uptown Fayetteville.

Baumann & Crosno Construction has also been voted a Top 10 Best Residential Home Builder in Northwest Arkansas by Citiscapes Magazine for five consecutive years, from 2021 through 2025.
